«Прокуратура Костромской области заподозрила участника форума костромских джедаев в пропаганде и публичном демонстрировании нацистской символики.

28-летний костромич по имени Константин, известный под ником Prishelec, использовал аватар, изображение на котором, по заключению специалиста, было схоже со свастикой.

В прокуратуре описывают знак, уже убранный с сайта, как красный ромб с изображением креста, состоящего из четырех "г"-образных сегментов. Крест обрамлен каймой с пятиконечной звездой сверху. Это описание схоже со знаком, утвержденным в 1919 году для калмыцких красноармейских формирований в войсках Юго-Восточного фронта.

Сотрудники прокуратуры считают, что Константин нарушил часть 1 статьи 20.3 Кодекса об административных нарушениях. За публичную демонстрацию нацистской атрибутики эта статья подразумевает наложение штрафа в размере от 500 до 1000 рублей либо административный арест на срок до 15 суток с конфискацией символики.

Материалы по делу уже отправлены в суд для рассмотрения по существу. С самим Константином, по его словам, в прокуратуре уже провели беседу.»
